Return shipping
Mehnoor pays the return shipping cost. Submit a return request below so our team can provide the return arrangements.
Refunds
For items that meet the return conditions, we will issue your refund within 2 days of receiving the returned product. We currently offer refunds only; exchanges are not available.

Enter your name and the email address used for your order. In the message, include your order number, item(s) to return, delivery date, and reason for the return. Submit this form within 2 days of delivery. Our team will review the request and contact you with the next steps.
Submitting a request does not automatically book a courier pickup or issue a refund. Our team will arrange the next steps with you.
